Mauricio Murillo pictured left is a Co-owner of Mr Coffee's. He believes that coffee has lost its routes in sustainability in farming and has devoted the last 10 years to research in coffee production, byproduct innovation and direct-trade relationships. Focused on sustainability, Mr Coffee's sister company SCAPA (sustainability coffee availability platform application), helps to empower farmers through calculating and reporting level of sustainability of farm. Mr Coffee's uses SCAPA to source high quality coffee with a social conscious.
